Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Southeast, a field-based, remote-capable role. You will own the Southeast partner channel, travel regularly to partner sites, and drive growth with Quilt’s HVAC solutions and partner program.

You’ll build and manage a pipeline, onboard new contractors, coach partner teams, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to accelerate regional success. This is a high-visibility role with equity potential and strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel/territory sales in HVAC or related field.
• Strong network of HVAC contractors or dealers in the Southeast is a plus.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and field-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: build and expand Quilt partner base across the Southeast, including onboarding new partners.
• Farm: manage and grow existing Certified Partners through training and field support.
• Drive regional performance: exceed revenue and installation targets and share learnings with cross-functional teams.
