Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Southeast US in a home-based territory. You will drive OEM and distribution channels, build lasting customer relationships, and expand market presence in power supply.

The role requires 5+ years outside sales, strong program management, and the ability to coordinate with factory teams. You will travel domestically and internationally as needed, report on forecasts, and develop plans to meet ambitious targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales in power supply sector.
• Experience managing manufacturer’s representatives.
• Strong program management and product development familiarity.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan to hit targets in the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage existing customers to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Visit client sites, address concerns, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide account management from initial technical development through to ongoing production.
• Lead with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare periodic reports with sales forecasts and status updates.
