Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales experience in the power supply sector.
• Experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management and familiarity with product development process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan to hit targets in the Southeast US territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage existing customer relationships to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Conduct regular client visits, address concerns, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide full account management from technical development through production.
• Collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and account status reports.
