Toast, Inc. is seeking a Retail Account Executive to join a founding sales team building the Toast Retail platform for convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops.

You will prospect, nurture relationships, conduct product demos, and close new accounts in an assigned territory. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel up to 25%+, and fluency in Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospects and manage the full sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop solutions that meet the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery matches sales expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively.
