This remote role focuses on shaping technical solutions that align business needs with architectural best practices, partnering with technical stakeholders to evaluate current‑state environments, recommend improvements, and guide the design of effective system solutions.

The position also includes preparing executive‑ready presentations and briefings to support decision‑making and solution adoption.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience in technical solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of communications and networking technologies including Voice, IP, ATM, Optical, Wireless, Multi‑Media, UC, and Video.
• Excellent communication and deep analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify solutions based on business and technical criteria and implement designs.
• Research and propose changes to current and emerging technologies.
• Assess existing system and business process architectures for improvements.
• Ensure technical architecture teams deliver effective system solutions.
• Develop and maintain service design procedures using process frameworks.
• Prepare and present technical presentations and analyst briefings.
• Analyze customer requirements and conduct product recommendations.

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Senior Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on shaping technical solutions that align business needs with architectural best practices. The position will partner with technical stakeholders to evaluate current-state environments, recommend improvements, and guide the design of effective system solutions. It also includes preparing executive-ready presentations and briefings to support decision‑making and solution adoption.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $149,469 – $149,500 annually

Responsibilities
