Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure design, operation, or sales.
• CCNP-level certification or the ability to obtain it within 12 months.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• Experience with pre-sales solutions engineering or technology decision-making on the customer side is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience across multiple architectures, including networking, security, and data center, is preferred.

• Co-own a territory with an Account Executive and represent the company's full portfolio.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, from engineers to CIOs.
• Collaborate with channel partners to address customer infrastructure needs.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and demonstrations to advance opportunities.
• Use AI tools to enhance discovery and demo processes.
• Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with the Account Executive.
• Support customer adoption of solutions and drive ongoing value.

This remote role is focused on guiding technical sales conversations, shaping solution designs, and helping move complex infrastructure opportunities forward.

You will partner closely with an Account Executive and channel partners to understand customer needs, demonstrate technical value, and support adoption across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of enterprise IT infrastructure expertise, customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $192,300 – $248,100 annually
