Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Architect V to lead the technical architecture for a telecom expense management platform. You will translate business needs into scalable configurations, workflows, and enterprise integrations while guiding cross-functional teams.

In this remote role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to optimize performance, usability, and operational efficiency, acting as the trusted SME for platform architecture and critical issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with a telecom expense management system.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture and solution design.

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Architect V to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will own technical architecture and solution design for a telecom expense management platform, with a strong emphasis on scalable configuration, workflow design, and enterprise integration.

The position requires close partnership with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions that improve performance, usability, and operational efficiency.

As a subject matter expert, the architect will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize the platform, and help ensure the environment supports broader enterprise systems effectively.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $146,680 – $231,600 annually
