Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Architect III to join the team in the Information Technology space. This remote role partners with customers and internal teams to solve complex technical challenges and optimize network and application environments.

You will translate customer needs into practical solutions, own investigations, and deliver hands-on guidance, with scripting in Python and JavaScript and data visualizations. Strong written communication and customer-facing skills are essential.

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Architect III to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

In this role, you will partner closely with customers and internal teams to solve complex technical challenges and improve how network and application environments perform. You will combine deep technical troubleshooting, scripting, and visualization skills to translate customer needs into practical solutions and hands‑on guidance. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys owning investigations, working across multiple stakeholders, and helping customers build confidence in their technology stack.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $163,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced GUI and trigger scripts
• Create and manage external REST API scripts
• Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks
• Conduct root cause analysis for technology issues
• Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript APIs
