Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in digital experience and unified communications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, and related solutions.
• Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to write statements of work and define solution scope.
• Experience with state and local customers and understanding of public-sector buying processes is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Consulting Solution Architect - Digital Experience to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on shaping customer-facing digital experience solutions that align technical capabilities with business goals. You will partner closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop scoped offerings, guide solution design, and support complex opportunities. The position also calls for strong expertise in unified communications and the ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable statements of work.

In addition, this role will help strengthen technical enablement efforts and support trusted relationships with customers and partners across the public and private sectors.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $117,000 – $170,100 annually
