For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions & Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own the design and delivery of complex technical solutions that support both pre-sales efforts and successful implementations. You will translate sophisticated business and technical requirements into clear functional designs, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure alignment. The position calls for a trusted advisor who can balance solution quality, implementation timing, and maintainability in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive designs and technical specifications that meet industry standards
• Lead the implementation process from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery
