Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative in Piedmont, SC to drive revenue within their designated territory by developing customer relationships and delivering equipment and service solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with operations, present to decision-makers, and utilize CRM to track activity, with base pay plus uncapped commission as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years sales experience
• Experience in equipment rental, especially pump/power/climate control market

Responsibilities

• Territory management to gain new accounts and meet revenue goals
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations to deliver solutions
• Understand market conditions and competitive pricing
