Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative to drive revenue in an assigned territory, building relationships with customers and presenting pumps, generators, HVAC and other equipment solutions. You will visit job sites, plan sales strategies and collaborate with operations to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in sales, familiarity with equipment rental markets, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years sales experience
• Experience in the equipment rental industry, pump, power and climate control market highly desired

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet rental revenue goals
• Develop and organize sales strategies to achieve results
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver
• Understand market conditions to maximise pricing opportunities
• Offer customized services and solution-based options
• Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of new services
• Report sales activity using CRM and tools
