Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking ProSolutions Sales Representatives to drive revenue within a designated territory by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored Power and Climate Control solutions. You will be a subject matter expert, working with pumps, generators, and HVAC equipment to meet client needs.

You will manage daily territory activities, plan sales strategies, identify customer needs, and collaborate with operations to deliver on commitments while maximizing revenue

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in equipment rental or related industries.
• Experience selling pumps, power and climate control solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet or exceed rental revenue goals.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs.
• Understand market conditions and competitive environment to maximize pricing opportunities.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
• Report sales activity through CRM and other tools.
