Herc Rentals is recruiting a ProSolutions Sales Representative in Kings Mountain, NC. You will manage a designated territory, sell our fleet of pumps, generators, power distribution, and HVAC solutions, and build strong customer relationships to drive rental revenue.

You will present to decision-makers, tailor solutions to client needs, and coordinate service delivery with operations. A drive for results and strong product knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience
• Experience in equipment rental industry, especially pumps, power and climate control, highly desired

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet revenue goals
• Develop and organize sales strategies to achieve results
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver solutions
• Understand market conditions and competitive environment to optimize pricing
• Diversify customer base and reach new market segments
• Provide customized services and solution-based options
• Make presentations to decision-makers Edu on equipment
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of new services
• Report sales activity using CRM and tools
