Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative to drive revenue in the Dallas area by developing business relationships and delivering tailored equipment rental solutions for pumps, power, and climate control across diverse industrial segments. You will visit job sites, identify needs, and coordinate with operations to fulfill requirements while leveraging CRM to track progress and opportunities.

A 3–5 year sales background in equipment rental is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years sales experience.
• Experience in equipment rental, particularly pumps, power and climate control markets.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet revenue goals.
• Develop and organize sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations to deliver solutions.
• Understand market conditions and pricing opportunities.
• Promote diverse offerings to grow segments and meet customer needs.
• Deliver customized services and solution-based options to customers.
• Present to decision-makers and educate on equipment capabilities.
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of new services.
• Report sales activity using CRM and related tools.
