Herc Rentals Inc in Carson, CA, is seeking a ProSolutions Pump Sales Representative to drive revenue within their designated territory through business relationships and solutions for challenging Power and Climate Control needs.

The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the pump, power, and climate control sectors. This position offers a competitive pay range of $75,000 - $85,000 plus commission.

Competenze

• 3 - 5 years sales experience.
• Experience within the equipment rental industry, specifically within the pump, power, and climate control market highly desired.

Mansioni

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet or exceed rental revenue goals.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs.
• Understand market conditions and competitive environment to maximize pricing opportunity.
• Optimize product and service offerings to diversify customer base.
• Provide a full range of customized services and solution based options to customers.
• Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
• Report sales activity through use of CRM and other tools.
