The position emphasizes engineering design, customer relations, and timely project coordination across design, procurement, and post-sale support.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years experience in engineering or sales support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for training and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation projects.
• Perform inside sales support and coordinate with customers and contractors.
• Manage design, procurement, coordination, and post-sale support activities.
• Educate customers on CaptiveAire products and assist in quotes and submittals.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and new users.
• Deliver quick turnaround times and exceptional customer service.
• Continuously improve processes and customer experience.
