CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven engineer to join our sales team, focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new opportunities.

The role combines applications engineering and inside sales support, with extensive formal training and mentorship to master CaptiveAire products and market strategies. The position includes a fast-paced environment, travel for training, and a strong emphasis on customer solutions in the kitchen ventilation sector.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in sales engineering or related field.
• Excellent computer, organizational and communication/presentation skills.
• Problem solving with a passion for continuous learning.
• Strong desire to interface with the customer.
• Willing to travel for training and work.
• FE exam to be completed within 6 months if not already.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
• Work with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers.
• Daily tasks include inside sales support and application engineering.
• Educate and promote CaptiveAire products to users in your market.
• Develop new business opportunities with new and existing users.
