United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work with our Sales and Implementation teams, designing and delivering world-class demos, POCs, and proposals that meet prospect needs. You will partner with executives and operators, guiding complex deals from discovery to contract while shaping the product roadmap with customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Success, or related SaaS role.
• Hands-on experience with the full technical sales cycle - discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value execution.
• Strong discovery and value-based selling skills, with the ability to craft a compelling demo narrative.
• Comfort with RESTful APIs (or genuine eagerness to learn).
• A track record of working effectively across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without dropping the ball.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sale - Partner closely with Sales to navigate complex deals from discovery to signed contract.
• Earn trust at every level - Meet with executives and operators alike, tailoring your message to each audience.
• Bring solutions to life - Design and deliver demos, POCs, architectures, and proposals tailored to needs.
• Be the expert in the room - Educate on safe hiring practices and answer technical/compliance questions.
• Shape the product - Distill feedback into actionable insights for R&D to shape the roadmap.
• Spot the big picture - Identify trends across verticals to keep the company ahead.
• Amplify our story - Collaborate with Marketing on case studies and events.
