Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent.
• Six or more years of experience in business systems and solution development.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting business applications and workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Experience with workflow/low-code platforms (ServiceNow, Power Platform, SharePoint, Salesforce).
• Experience with SQL, APIs, integrations, testing, and production support.
• Preferred: Power BI and healthcare/regulatory environments.
• Certifications relevant to business systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to map processes and define requirements.
• Analyze challenges and propose solution recommendations.
• Design and implement secure, scalable business solutions.
• Develop workflows, forms, and routing processes.
• Build system integrations using APIs and scripting tools.
• Provide adoption support and training; monitor performance.
• Document technical and functional specifications.
