Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Solutions Consultant to join our Solutions Consulting team in the US. This full-time role can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely across the United States.

You will lead technical discussions, demos, and solution design to help customers achieve goals, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to showcase Payload’s value and drive revenue growth as we innovate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting within a SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to position technology in a pre-sales capacity by defining success criteria and guiding customers.

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of Payload within the company Platform and guide customers in realizing value through demos and presentations.
• Support the Sales team by addressing Payload and platform questions and showcasing how Payload accelerates digital product development.
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle to address security questionnaires and enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and influence the product roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations between customers, sales and product teams.
• Deliver timely technical support to customers and agency partners building on Payload, ensuring smooth adoption and issue resolution.
