Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in the United States is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer, Acceleration, to validate emerging capabilities and shape field motions across product teams.

You’ll partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to translate technology into customer value, lead technical validation, and design repeatable discovery frameworks for global Solutions Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Track record translating emerging technologies into customer value and repeatable field motions.
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, or related cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of modern identity architectures and developer/AI-powered workflows (OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, APIs, MCP, CI/CD, cloud).
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodology and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation for emerging products, strategic initiatives, and incubating technologies from early development through GA.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Engineering to shape product direction and turn field feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Build repeatable discovery frameworks, demonstrations, technical messaging, reference architectures, and implementation guidance for the global Solutions Engineering organization.
• Design and deliver technical enablement, including workshops, labs, certifications, and playbooks that help Solutions Engineers confidently support new capabilities.
• Lead strategic customer engagements, private previews, beta programs, and early-adopter initiatives, providing executive-level technical guidance and influencing customer outcomes.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and represent the company through executive briefings, conferences, webinars, podcasts, customer events, and industry content.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers and lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate adoption, strengthen technical excellence, and scale what works across the organization.
