Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provides presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
Assists in sales calls by assessing business needs through discussions.
Develops and presents technical proposals showing how products meet customer needs.
Conducts product/solution demonstrations.
Prepares customer system requirements for implementation teams.
Installs and demonstrates products at customer sites post-sale.
Keeps up-to-date knowledge of products and communicates enhancements.
May support sales staff at events/trade shows.
