Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior presales professional to support the sale and implementation of complex products. You will provide technical input on proposals, demonstrate solutions, and help tailor offerings to customers’ operations.

Work closely with Sales, Technology, Operations and Product Management teams to ensure successful integration and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes technical depth, consultative selling, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to 10 years of related experience in selling multiple, complex integrated solutions.
• Proficient in presenting technical concepts and preparing proposals.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
• Assists in sales calls by assessing business needs through discussions and workshops.
• Develops and presents technical proposals showing how products meet customer needs and integrate with client systems.
• Conducts product/solution demonstrations as required.
• Prepares and presents customer requirements to Technology, Operations, and Product Management to ensure successful integration.
• Installs and demonstrates products at customer sites post sale, or coordinates hand-off to implementation.
