Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a presales technical expert to support sales cycles for complex products and solutions in the Spokane area.

You will translate customer needs into compelling technical proposals, demonstrations, and implementation guidance, collaborating across product and engineering teams. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep technical acumen, and experience presenting to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to 10 years of related experience selling complex integrated solutions.
• Strong consultative, solutions-based selling background.

Responsibilities

• Provides presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
• Assists in sales calls by assessing business needs through discussions and white-boarding sessions.
• Develops and presents technical proposals showing how products meet customer needs and integrate with customer systems.
• Conducts product/solution demonstrations as required.
• Prepares and presents customer requirements to cross-functional teams for successful integration.
• Installs and demonstrates products at customer sites post sale or guides implementation hand-off.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products and informs product management of enhancements.
• Supports sales staff at events/trade shows.
