Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to ten years of related experience in selling complex integrated solutions.
• Experience in consultative, solutions-based selling.
• Strong technical and analytical acumen.
• Knowledge of products and solutions across business lines.
• Proven ability to demonstrate complex software-based solutions.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers.
• Assists in discovery calls and white-boarding sessions with clients.
• Develops and presents technical proposals and system integration plans.
• Conducts product demonstrations as required.
• Coordinates requirements with Technology, Operations, and Product teams.
• Installs and demonstrates products at customer sites or guides hand-off.
• Maintains knowledge of competitors' offerings and suggests improvements.
• May support sales staff at events and trade shows.
