Grafana Labs is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to join our remote-first team in the United States. You will educate potential customers, qualify opportunities, and partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value in open source and observability.

You will own technical engagements, deliver product demos, and help close high-velocity deals. The role requires 5+ years in technical pre-sales, comfort with Open Source, and strong written and spoken communication for a global audience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work with a global, remote-first team
• Comfort with explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Join as an early member of a high growth team to solve technical and customer problems the right way
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Proactively communicate feedback to customers and internal teams about products and competitive landscape
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs learned during interactions
• Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, and other enablement material
