Qualifications

• 4+ years pre-sales engineering experience and solution selling.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience deploying apps in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel).
• Experience with REST APIs and SDKs.
• Knowledge of standard security protocols (OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP).
• Understanding of web front-end and back-end tech stacks; scripting skills helpful.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical and domain expert for a customer-facing sales team to demonstrate value of Okta solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations aligned to customer needs and use cases.
• Answer technical questions from customers, partners and colleagues.
• Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for complex use cases with cross-team collaboration.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements and value.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with teammates to improve efficiency.
• Stay informed on competitive landscape and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events and executive briefings as needed.
• Possibly lead a team as SME on product solutions and competitive knowledge.
