Qualifications

• 5+ years pre-sales engineering experience and solution selling.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience deploying apps in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Experience with standard network security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales as the technical expert for customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations aligned with customer needs.
• Address product feature questions from customers and partners.
• Plan and deliver Proofs of Concepts for complex use cases.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with teammates.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events and executive briefings.
• Occasionally lead as SME on various product solutions.
