• Work with the sales team as the technical and domain expert to convey value of Okta’s solutions.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and demonstrate tailored demos for customers.
• Answer product and technical questions from customers and partners.
• Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for complex use cases with cross-team collaboration.
• Provide product feedback to inform enhancements and roadmap.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the team.
• Stay informed on competitors and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events and executive briefings.
• Occasionally lead the team as a SME on product solutions.
