Job summary

AppDirect is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to drive technical wins with enterprise prospects. You will own the technical evaluation, map IT landscapes, and lead value-driven demos focusing on device lifecycle, API integrations, and automation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Product teams across US and Europe, delivering technical proofs and crafting compelling business cases for executive buyers while embracing a distributed team culture.

Qualifications

3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar.
Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Value Selling).
Strong IT or software background with device management and onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise Sales as the technical owner of the deal and qualify fit.
Lead discovery to map IT, device lifecycle, MDM, identity, procurement, and remote-work needs.
Deliver value-based demos to IT operators and executives.
Handle security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and technical objections.
Build business cases and ROI arguments for economic buyers.
Configure and troubleshoot integrations and automation (APIs, identity, ITSM, MDM).
Provide product feedback to Roadmap through Voice of Customer.
Enable Sales, Partners, and Marketing with technical assets and demos.
