Job summary

Conexiom is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical narrative across discovery, demos, and API/ERP integrations. You’ll work with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Engineering to translate technical capability into business value and drive deals from discovery to close.

You’ll build reusable assets, tailor demos, and deliver architecture-focused guidance, with a mix of hands-on coding and executive-facing communication in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ year proven track record in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on integration expertise across APIs, web services, and data structures like EDI, XML, cXML, JSON.
• Ability to present to executives and translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical strategy for opportunities from discovery to demo through technical close.
• Builds customized, high-impact product demonstrations translating capability into ROI.
• Architects and scopes integration solutions across ERP, EDI, XML/cXML/JSON and APIs.
• Be the technical credibility behind the deal, translating architecture for engineers and executives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer requirements into the roadmap.
• Develop reusable demo environments and technical documentation that scale the function.
• Support Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation with technical expertise throughout the lifecycle.
