Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to close the gap between discovery and signed contracts. You will build custom demos, load real customer data into trial environments, and translate complex maintenance workflows into a clear value story for operators, plant managers, and executives alike.

You’ll be the product expert the sales team leans on, keep the demo library current after product releases, and coach Account Executives on product

Qualifications

3+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, implementation or solutions building.
Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial operations or warehouse environments.
Track record running multi-stakeholder evaluations from discovery to technical validation.
Ability to tailor approach for technicians, plant managers and executives.

Responsibilities

Run discovery with Account Executives to map workflows and decision-makers and craft demos.
Deliver tailored demos and hands-on trials using customer asset data.
Lead technical validation and PoC across multi-stakeholder cycles.
Partner with Professional Services on customer-specific integrations as needed.
Keep demos and sales collateral up-to-date with product releases and train AEs.
