Job summary

Neighborly Software seeks a Solutions Engineer to be the technical partner in our sales process. You will run tailored, discovery-led demos, manage the demo environments, and craft the technical sections of proposals across core and enterprise pursuits.

You will also ensure a clean hand-off to implementation after contract signing. You will lead discovery to map customer processes, pain points, and data needs, translating findings into credible solution approaches aligned with our product

Qualifications

• Discovery-led demos translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Experience supporting complex RFP/proposal responses and oral presentations.
• Ability to configure demo environments and become SME on product domains.

Responsibilities

• Deliver discovery-led demos tailored to each prospect's pains and value.
• Own and maintain the demo portal and environments with fresh data.
• Lead discovery and shape the solution based on prospect needs and capabilities.
• Drive the transition to implementation with accurate hand-off.
• Collaborate on proposal responses and technical artifacts with the team.
• Enable the revenue team with updates on features and positioning.
