Synthesia is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help build and scale our pre-sales motion in North America. You’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping playbooks, tooling and best practices while collaborating with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing.

Based in Austin, you’ll engage in discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design technical solutions for each deal. Expect frequent travel for on-site demos and customer discovery.

Competenze

• 2+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in SaaS.
• Strong demo delivery ability aligned to discovery points and agenda.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.

Mansioni

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand requirements.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies showing business value.
• Maintain knowledge of Synthesia platform capabilities, roadmap and use cases.
• Deliver demonstrations that tell a credible story of Synthesia's value.
• Identify objections and integration questions, guiding resolution with the team.
• Provide guidance on platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, security, and scalability for global deployments.
