Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to build and own the pre-sales function in North America. You’ll partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, demos, and POCs, shaping the technical solution for each deal.

As one of the first SEs, you’ll contribute to playbooks, tooling, and best practices while scaling with the team. Remote candidates are welcome, ideally based in Austin for a local office presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles at SaaS companies.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements and technical environment.
• Design and deliver demonstrations that quantify value and tell a credible ROI story.
• Handle technical objections and plan integration paths with customers.
• Lead POCs and pilots and translate technical context into business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to define strategy and forecast opportunities.
