Job summary

Synthesia, the leading AI video platform, is hiring Senior Solutions Engineers for North America with a focus on Mountain, Central, and West regions. You will be among the first SEs, shaping playbooks, tooling, and best practices as we scale, while partnering with AEs, CS, and Product Marketing.

You will lead discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design technical solutions for each deal, acting as a trusted advisor focused on customer value and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies.
• Strong discovery and stakeholder management skills with executive audiences.
• Technical depth in APIs and integrations (LMS, HCM, CRM) and security/compliance.
• Fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message; translate technical requirements into business value.
• Willingness to travel for customer discovery, executive conversations, and on-site demos.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to run discovery and demos.
• Scope POCs and design technical solutions for each deal.
• Build repeatable demo methodologies and reusable assets across environments.
• Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, and security.
