Synthesia is hiring a Solutions Engineer to build and scale the pre-sales function in North America. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design technical solutions for each deal.

As an early member, you will shape playbooks, tooling, and best practices while traveling for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed. This role demands strong English communication and deep SaaS technical fundamentals.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment.
• Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to discovery points with the AE, with solid demo technique.
• Applies established solution designs to customer use cases, collaborating with Product/CS.
• Identifies deal risk and next steps, escalating to AE for action.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message; articulate fit for the prospect.
• Resourceful: builds networks across GTM org and internal tools.
• Comfort with technical fundamentals (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to deepen.
• Self-motivated and organized, managing multiple POCs/demos with deadlines.
• Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Aufgaben

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand customer requirements and environment.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies to show value quickly.
• Maintain knowledge of Synthesia platform capabilities across product lines.
• Deliver demos that address customer problems and tell a credible story.
• Identify technical objections and integration questions and route them appropriately.
• Contribute to account strategy with assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk.
• Keep deal team informed on status, timeline, and dependencies.
• Enable technical champions within customer organizations to advocate for Synthesia.
