Job summary

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, is hiring Solutions Engineers to build its pre-sales function in North America. This founding role places you among the first SEs, shaping playbooks, tooling, and best practices as we scale.

Based in NYC, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design technical solutions for deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical SaaS role.
• Strong demo delivery aligned to discovery points with AE coordination.
• Experience with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message framework.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE and customer requirements.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies demonstrating business value.
• Maintain knowledge of Synthesia platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across product lines.
• Deliver demos addressing customer problems and tell a credible story of Synthesia’s value.
• Identify technical objections and integration questions with AE and ecosystem partners.
• Contribute technical assessment of fit and opportunity risk to shape account strategy.
• Keep deal team informed on status, timeline and dependencies.
• Identify and enable technical champions within customer organizations for advocacy.
• Provide guidance on API/SDK integrations, security, compliance, and scalability.
