Synthesia is hiring Solutions Engineers to build their North American pre-sales function. You’ll be one of the first SEs helping shape the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale.

This founding role partners with AEs, CS and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design technically sound solutions for each deal. You will collaborate across teams to ensure customer value, manage multiple POCs, and travel for on-site demos as needed, with a focus on English

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment.
• Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to discovery points and agenda set with the AE.
• Applies established solution designs and best practices to customer use case with core ecosystem functions.
• Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps to action.
• Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally across GTM.
• Comfortable with technical fundamentals (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance).
• Self-motivated and organized to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and conversations.

Responsabilités

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with the AE to understand customer requirements and environment.
• Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies showing Synthesia’s value.
• Build knowledge of platform capabilities across product lines to address use cases.
• Deliver demonstrations telling a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
• Identify integration questions and objections and route to the right path.
• Contribute assessment of technical fit and risk to shape account strategy.
• Keep deal team informed on status, timeline, and dependencies.
• Engage technical champions inside customer organizations to advocate internally.
• Provide guidance on platform capabilities, security, and global deployment considerations.
