SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to design and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365. You will govern and implement secure, scalable agent environments across Power Platform and Azure.

You will translate business requirements into workflows, guide governance, and work with customers to adopt emerging Microsoft frontier agent capabilities. This is a remote U.S. role with opportunities to collaborate across SHI's Microsoft Services practice.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field.
• 4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related cloud tech.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions and governance.
• Ability to guide solution design and work with customers.

Mansioni

• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio.
• Lead governance, security, and lifecycle management for agent platforms.
• Define environment strategies and ALM for agent solutions.
• Guide customers through solution delivery and best practices.
