Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot. The role focuses on governance, lifecycle management, and secure, scalable agent environments across Power Platform and Azure.

You will implement declarative and custom-engine agents, drive governance strategies, and contribute to SHI’s Microsoft Services practice with reusable patterns and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience developing production agents in Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Design/deploy declarative and embedded agent experiences across Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Foundry with orchestration, grounding, and integration.
• Guide customers through agent governance, readiness assessments, and security controls.
• Lead governance implementation across DEV/UAT/PROD environments and pipelines.
• Define architectures aligning platform capabilities with customer requirements.
• Translate business requirements into workflows, automations, and integrations.
