Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot Agent Builder. The role covers governance and lifecycle management across Agent 365 and Power Platform environments.

You will translate designs into production-ready solutions, drive secure delivery, and help customers establish scalable, governed agent capabilities while contributing to SHI’s Microsoft Services practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies.
• Experience developing production agents in Copilot Studio and Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agents with orchestration and integration.
• Guide customers through governance, environment strategy, and ALM pipelines.
• Ensure secure, governed agent environments with identity and compliance controls.
