SHI seeks a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot Agent Builder. You will also support governance and lifecycle management across agent platforms.

You will implement declarative and custom-engine agents, configure Power Platform strategies, and ensure secure, governed operations across Azure and related services while driving reusable patterns and growth in SHI’s Microsoft Services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Practical experience developing production agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry.
• Experience designing declarative and embedded agent experiences across 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Microsoft Foundry, including model selection, orchestration, grounding, evaluation, tool and function integration.
• Guide SHI customers through hands-on agent solution delivery, governance, and AI readiness assessments.
• Lead agent governance implementation across Power Platform, Azure, and related services.
• Own end-to-end implementation of agent solutions translating requirements into workflows and integrations.
• Design agent grounding and retrieval architectures using enterprise data sources and secure data access patterns.
