Job summary

SHI is hiring a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to architect and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot Agent Builder. You will govern environments, define security controls, and enable scalable agent deployments across Power Platform and Azure.

You will guide customers through governance, onboarding, and lifecycle management, while developing reusable templates, reference architectures, and best practices to advance SHI’s Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud tech, including AI or agent-based solutions.
• Practical experience developing production agents in Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Strong knowledge of agent governance, security, and lifecycle management across Power Platform, Azure, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead agent governance, environment strategy, and deployment planning across PLAT and Azure services.
• Design, implement, and secure agent solutions across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Guide customers through agent solution delivery, governance, and readiness assessments.
• Develop reusable assets, templates, and implementation guides for Copilot and agent services.
• Ensure compliant, scalable, and observable agent environments.
