SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to design and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot Agent Builder.

You will support governance, lifecycle management, and secure operations across Power Platform and Azure. The role requires hands-on development of declarative and custom-engine agents, integration with enterprise systems, and guidance for customers on governance strategies.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
Four+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud tech.
Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions.
Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry.
Knowledge of governance, security, and lifecycle management across enterprise platforms.

Responsabilidades

Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
Build and deploy custom-engine agents; model selection, orchestration, grounding, evaluation, integration.
Guide customers through agent solution delivery and governance.
Lead agent governance implementation across Power Platform and Azure.
Define fit-for-purpose agent architectures aligned to customer requirements.
Implement secure agent environments with identity, compliance, monitoring, and lifecycle controls.
Translate business requirements into workflows, automations, and integrations.
Develop reusable technical assets and implementation guides.
