Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot Agent Builder. You will help govern and lifecycle-manage agents across Power Platform and Azure.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of Microsoft AI agent platforms, hands-on development, and governance delivery with customers, shaping scalable, secure agent environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related cloud tech.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio or Foundry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Foundry with orchestration and integration.
• Guide customers through agent governance, environment strategy, and secure operations.
• Design secure governance, ALM, pipelines, and lifecycle management across platforms.
