Job summary
SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 governance.
The role focuses on declarative and custom-engine agents, enterprise integrations, and scalable governance across Power Platform and Azure. The candidate will configure environment strategies, implement zoned governance, and drive secure, reusable patterns while working at the intersection of AI innovation and
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field.
- 4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
- Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Foundry including orchestration and integration.
- Guide customers through agent governance, environment strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Define fit-for-purpose agent architectures aligned to customer needs.
- Implement security and governance controls for Agent 365 onboarding.
