Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot Agent Builder. You will govern agents, enable secure life-cycle management, and ensure scalable enterprise deployments.

The role emphasizes governance, architecture, and hands-on development across Copilot Studio, Foundry, Azure, and Power Platform to accelerate customer value and responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Four+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions.
• Practical experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Microsoft Foundry, including model selection, orchestration, grounding, evaluation, and integration.
• Guide SHI customers through hands-on agent solution delivery and governance.
• Lead agent governance implementation across Power Platform, Azure, and related services.
• Own end-to-end implementation of agent solutions translating business requirements into workflows and integrations.
• Define fit-for-purpose agent architectures aligning platform capabilities with customer needs.
