CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking an engineer to join the sales team, focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new opportunities. The role blends applications engineering and inside sales support in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes extensive training under a mentor, with exposure to CaptiveAire products, market strategies, and sales processes to drive business development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in engineering or sales support.
• Excellent computer, organizational and communication/presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for training and field work.
• Experience with application engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
• Work directly with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers.
• Daily tasks include inside sales support and application engineering.
• Educate and promote CaptiveAire products to users.
• Develop new business opportunities with new and existing users.
• Top-notch customer service and quick turnaround times.
